Your e-statements are ready!

We are delighted to announce that you can now review statements right in Home Banking, the same place you can review your Peninsula Federal Credit Union accounts and obtain copies of cleared checks.

In the future we intend to keep available your past 12 months' statements. There is no longer a need to wait for your statements to be mailed to see what your balances look like.

Here's how you can get started:

1. Go to the PFCU website, www.peninsulafcu.com, and click on the Home Banking button (top of the page)
2. When prompted, enter your Member Number and PIN
3. Click on "View Your Statements" link.
4. Follow the instructions to enroll

Getting your statements
Once you have enrolled, you will have immediate access to your past statements. Just select the statement you want, view it, or print it using the print option. In the future, you will be notified, via e-mail, when your most recent month's statement will be ready. Note that the new statement will not be sent to you, you need to retrieve it in Home Banking.

Staying in Touch
Mailed statements contain a copy of our current newsletters "Tips & Tales," which contains up-to-date information on Credit Union activities and important information such as rate changes, loan specials, new services etc. With e-statements, accessing this same information is just a click away at www.peninsulafcu.com/news.php3

Our Privacy Notice and Disclosure is available on our home page www.peninsulafcu.com

Make sure your e-mail address is always current
Because of the notification process, it is critical that you make sure we always have your current e-mail address. If you change your address, please update the address in the same manner that you entered the address in the enrollment process. Also, if you should decide to discontinue receiving e-statements, when in home banking, click on "personal preferences," then "statement options" and follow the directions to un-enroll.

Did you select the option to receive e-statements and regular statements for 3 months?
If you choose this option, after the 3rd month you will only receive e-statements. This feature will give you an opportunity to compare the two statements for a short period.

If you have not used Home Banking before and would like instructions on how to begin, call 906-789-6400 or 888-791-6420 for assistance.
