Peninsula Perk Points is PFCU’s exclusive member rewards program. Every month, you earn points based on products and services you use. As your relationship with the credit union grows, so do your rewards.

Whether you have a checking account, use online banking, carry a PFCU debit or credit card, have a loan, or receive eStatements, you are earning points that can unlock valuable benefits.

Four Reward Levels:

Deck Hand

Every member starts here and enjoys convenient services like online banking, eStatements, notary services, ITM access and more.

First Mate

As your points increase, you will begin receiving discounts on select fees, including replacement debit cards, domestic wire transfers and Skip-a-Payment fees.

Captain

Captain members receive even greater savings, including free money orders and cashier’s checks along with larger fee discounts.

Admiral

Our highest reward level offers the greatest value, including free replacement debit cards, free money orders and cashier’s checks, plus the highest discounts on eligible services.

How Do You Earn More Points?

Growing your Peninsula Perks Points balance is easier than you might think. Members earn points for many of the products and services they already use, including:

• Checking accounts
• Mortgage
• Consumer loans
• Certificates and Money Market accounts
• IRA’s
• Active debit and credit cards
• Direct deposit
• Online and mobile banking
• Bill Pay
• eStatements
• Electronic notices

How to Check Your Points

Curious how many points you have earned?

Simply log into PFCU online banking or the mobile app and navigate to Peninsula Perks to view:

• Your current reward level
• Monthly points earned
• Your points history
• A breakdown showing exactly how you are earning points
• Available redemption options.

How can you find this?

In the Mobile App you will click on the bottom right corner “More” and the click on the upper left circle that says Peninsula Perks. You will see what level you are at and how many Rewards Points you currently have, when you scroll down you will see what you are earning points for (green check boxes) and if there is not a green check box, can you sign up for that product or service? If you use Online Banking, you will click on Peninsula Perks Points in the 3rd box down on the left. One of the best features of Peninsula Perks Points is that you can easily see where you are earning points and where you may be missing opportunities. Through Online Banking and Mobile Banking, you can quickly review your qualifying products and services and identify simple ways to earn even more points each month. Whether it’s enrolling in eStatements, adding Direct Deposit, signing up for Bill Pay or updating your preferences, making a few small changes can help move you to the next reward level and unlock even greater benefits.
